Floor to ceiling windows in our 7,412-square-foot Grand Ballroom showcase panoramic views of the Delaware River and stylish wood paneled walls provide a comfortable atmosphere for your event. Host an elegant reception for up to 1,000 guests or a banquet for 500 in this sophisticated venue. Our Grand Ballroom can be divided into 4 sections and has audio-visual balconies that help to maximize seating capacity. With a ceiling height of 17 feet, this is an ideal space for theatrical productions, as well. For large scale meetings, the Grand Ballroom provides plenty of space and also offers an adjacent foyer that can be used to serve as a registration area or an area for extra tables.
Adjacent to the Grand Ballroom is our Grand Foyer. This is an ideal space for pre-event activities. Featuring a large picture window overlooking the Delaware River, this area can be utilized for a Continental breakfast buffet, event registration, or it can be set up with extra tables for vendors or exhibits. In addition, attendees may find this to be the perfect space for networking or for a reception.
The windows of our Columbus Ballroom display exceptional views of the riverfront, boat basin, International Sculpture Garden and the Walt Whitman Bridge, making this a very desirable location for events of all sizes. Lead an interactive training session for 150 in a classroom setting or moderate a panel discussion in a theater setting for 425. The Columbus Ballroom can also be divided into three separate rooms and includes an additional foyer that can be used for meeting registration or as a gathering area for your attendees.
Located in between the Columbus Ballroom and the Grand Ballroom, these two identical spaces can be used as breakout rooms for larger meetings, VIP lounges, luncheon areas or meeting planner “headquarters” during your company event. Each room features large windows overlooking the river and can accommodate as many as 40 guests, depending upon the set up.
